We’ve got you covered with our low to zero down payment financing options. Every aspect of your financing is arranged in-house with our competitive rates and loan terms. We understand how to structure financing to meet your home construction and project needs.

Can I purchase and finance my land/lot and home package together?

Yes, this is the 1First Home Advantage. Once you are approved for your financing with us, the home package is confirmed and you have signed the Agreement to Build, we can purchase the land for you. The next step in the financing process is the construction loan. As your home is completed in construction phases, funds are released to pay for materials, contractors and supplies with a construction loan line-of-credit. First Home Builders arranges the construction financing also. Construction loans are typically set up as lines-of-credit, interest-only payment loans during construction. We can also work out arrangements for no payments during construction of your home especially if you have rent or another house payment. This eliminates double payments.

Once the home is complete, our mortgage division will convert your construction loan into a permanent long-term mortgage with repayment up to 30 years.

Many banks and lenders require 10-20% down payment for new home construction financing. First Home Builders is different as we offer all of the financing, with low to zero down payments, all under our 1Roof of companies!

Once your home construction is complete with a certificate of occupancy, we’ll work on converting your construction loan to a permanent long-term mortgage with payments up to 30 years.

What if I want to pay-off my home earlier than 30 years? We also offer 10-year, 15-year, 20-year fixed rate mortgages and adjustable rate mortgages with payments up to 30 years.
