By this stage, you’ll already know your affordability and your financing is complete, so we know exactly where to start matching you with the right home package, design, style and options. This saves you a lot of time – you will be shopping for the right home/package upfront.

Once you’ve picked your house plan, we can also customize it to meet additional needs. Our in-house design experts will work with you to customize the plan to suit your lot and your family. If you have your own plan our in-house architect and design experts will help finalize it.
