Yes, we typically have 8-12 projects being built that are not yet listed on the web-site. We can take a reservation to hold the project. Please review our “8 Steps to Move In” We require you to complete our mortgage pre-approval process. If you decide not to purchase the home your reservation is refunded minus the mortgage credit reporting fee.

When your home is completed, we will obtain the “Final Certificate of Occupancy” have our final walk-through, schedule the closing at the local title company. At the time of closing the utilities will be transferred to your name and you will receive the KEYS to your new home!
